Splash, Buffett, Phyllis, and Brenda came in with 152 other parakeets to animal control from a hoarding case.  They are sweet guys (and gals) who, while they enjoy other birds company, are also enjoying not having such a large flock and plenty of space to fly and explore.  They love to hang on their swing and play with their toys.  They are healthy and talkative (chirping) when you enter the room or talk to them.  They have finally discovered millet but still haven't quite figured out a cuttle bone yet.  They don't seem bothered by dogs, cats, or kids checking them out either.  Parakeets are very social and need to be adopted in pairs at minimum.  They would be great staying together as well.
