Josh (Ollie in his foster home) came into the rescue from a hoarding situation with 154 other parakeets.  He is a sweet boy who is working on stepping up and enjoys playing with the other birds in his foster home.  Josh lost his friend (Murray) and he has been really sad and could really use a friend.  Parakeets are very social and he will need to be adopted into a home with other parakeets.  We do not know his age but he is probably a young male.
